We want you to love your TAI Jewelry pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Jewelry
Carefully place the jewelry in its original TAI pouch and gift box to ensure it is protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
